FACT: Recovery doesn’t look like a straight path. People may still have thoughts about food or body image, and that doesn’t mean they’re not in recovery or making progress. You can still be in recovery while experiencing challenges.
FACT: With appropriate treatment and support, full recovery is absolutely possible. Early intervention improves outcomes, but people can recover at any stage of their illness.
